Key Responsibilities
Support daily operations of Data Centers/Colo environments by completing virtual security tasks involving security systems and access control.
Drive security awareness campaigns aimed at enhancing security vigilance and effectiveness.
Experience with workflow ticketing and extraction development of performance metrics.
Lead security investigations across campus facilities.
Ensure compliance with GovCloud region requirements, including US Citizenship or equivalent status.
Work shifts in Day, Mid or Evening/Overnight as required for a 24x7 security operation.
Basic Qualifications
1+ years of professional work experience.
Experience collecting, analyzing, and utilizing data to drive process and system improvements.
1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience.
Experience with security equipment such as intrusion detection devices, access control systems, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree or higher and/or equivalent professional experience in a corporate or government security environment.
2+ years of experience with excellent verbal and written communications skills in a professional work setting.
2+ years of experience writing detailed reports.
1+ year of experience with Asana.
2+ years of working in a security related field with electronic security systems.
2+ years of root‑cause analysis experience.
Familiarity with security program automation and implementation.
Ability to interpret program objectives, develop project schedules and manage adherence to established timetables.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical individuals regarding physical security standards and policies.
