Position Overview
Do you love working with kids and want to grow as a leader? Soccer Shots Southwest Chicagoland is seeking an energetic Assistant Director to join our team! This role focuses on on‑field coaching, coach development, and hands‑on leadership—especially within our Soccer Shots league during the season.
What You’ll Do
Coach children ages 2–9 in fun, engaging soccer sessions (training provided)
Train and support coaches while building a positive team culture
Take a leadership role in our Soccer Shots league
Help create a fun, safe, and development‑focused experience for players
