Salary Range: $79,000 - $119,000 depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize cost and quality.
Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation of contracts and terms.
Oversee the procurement of raw materials, components, and MRO supplies.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with production to ensure material availability.
Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Lead and mentor a team of purchasing professionals.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement within a manufacturing environment
Proven track record of negotiating favorable terms and building strong supplier relationships
Strong understanding of ERP systems and procurement software
Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and implement cost‑saving strategies
