Strategic Rail Program Manager (Hybrid)

WTS International is looking for a Program/Project Manager III in Seattle, WA. In this role, you will lead complex projects focused on performance improvement, organizational transformation, and innovate system enhancements. Candidates should have at least three years of management experience. This hybrid position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with public sector projects is a plus. A valid Washington state driver’s license is required.
