Marketing & Communications Coordinator

FreeBalance is seeking a communications professional to help manage its global marketing and communications department. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving and dynamic environment and is ready to work closely with distributed global, regional and local teams to prepare customer-focused content.

Main Responsibilities

Work with the corporate marketing team to ensure core messaging and positioning

Create regional and local sales and marketing collateral (overviews, case studies, whitepapers, etc.)

Ensure consistent and proper use of the FreeBalance brand and related assets throughout the region

Brand messaging and media relations

Analyzes marketing and promotional needs, and designs and implements marketing communications strategies that support objectives.

Drafts marketing communications, including promotional publications, presentations, advertisements, or brochures

Internal communications strategy

Event coordination

Qualifications

Post-secondary/university degree in Communications, Journalism or Marketing

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in marketing or marketing communications (think content creation, product marketing, sales support, messaging, positioning, etc.)

Exceptional verbal and oral communication and presentation skills

Willingness to travel internationally

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required
