Leading Texas law firm with over 35 years of experience seeking an Administrative Law Attorney to represent clients in various administrative proceedings.

Compensation
Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in administrative proceedings, including informal settlement conferences, agency hearings, and appeals.

Advise on compliance with regulations from agencies such as OSHA, CMS, FDA, TDI, TMB, and others.

Develop strategic responses to investigations and enforcement actions.

Assist healthcare providers and licensed professionals with licensure defense and regulatory compliance.

Prepare legal documents, including responses to complaints, appeals, and corrective action plans.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support client needs.

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school.

Active license to practice law in Texas.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in administrative or regulatory law.

Familiarity with proceedings before agencies such as SOAH, EEOC, TMB, and CMS.

Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.

Ability to manage complex cases and communicate effectively with clients.

Preferred Experience

Background in healthcare compliance, insurance regulation, or professional licensure defense.

Experience handling Medicare billing privilege revocations or appeals.

Prior work with government agencies or regulatory boards.
