Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile Senior Business & Data Analyst to bridge the gap between complex data engineering and strategic business decision‑making. The ideal candidate will possess the technical rigor to build automated data pipelines and be responsible for end‑to‑end data governance, performance optimization, and providing executive‑level insights through advanced visualization.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a bridge between data engineering and business decision‑making, combining strong analytical rigor with acute business acumen.
Lead Data Modernization efforts, ensuring strong governance and translating technical insights into actionable strategies for customers and stakeholders.
Serve as key consultant for stakeholders and business leaders, gathering, defining, and prioritizing clear feature requirements and acting as primary liaison between technical teams and business.
Apply advanced proficiency in Python and SQL to perform in‑depth data analysis, build and optimize scalable data pipelines to support Data Modernization initiatives.
Lead initiatives to establish and maintain data quality, ensuring high standards of governance and compliance for reliable business forecasting.
Create compelling presentations and narratives that translate complex data analysis results into high‑impact, executive‑level insights.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience combining Data Analysis and Business Analysis, successfully translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data processing, scripting, and analysis.
Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and Data Modernization concepts; experience with cloud platforms preferred.
Experience with Power BI, MSBI, and Azure Cloud skills.
