The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Mid-Level SAP Analyst to join the team in Dallas, TX; Irving, TX; Long Beach, CA; Miami, FL; Hazelwood, MO; Berkeley, MO; Ridley Park, PA; Seattle, WA; or Tukwila, WA.
A successful candidate will need to have excellent knowledge in Materials Management (MM) as this position will focus on working directly with the global distributed teams of Functional Analysts, Developers, and the business to drive MM data management strategy for master data from various systems to SAP ecosystem including SAP S/4, ECC, Master Data Governance (MDG), Global Trade Controls (GTC) across all business units within Boeing.
Position Responsibilities
Facilitates workshops with the business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and align on MM data governance processes
Supports testing and automation teams during the different testing phases
Supports the business for pre/post load activities during data conversion and cutover
Creates detailed configuration documents and functional design documents including process flows and integration
Understands data replication techniques using system frameworks
Understands MDG consolidation and mass processing techniques to handle bulk data changes and validations
Collaborates with the data conversions team to define business rules to eliminate duplicate records and improve data quality
Plays a key role in supporting and troubleshooting MDG MM issues in the production environment
Participates in projects over activities such as Redbook entries and validation
Understands change request processes to ensure governance, validation, and approvals controls
Works with business stakeholders to define the business rules around data quality, consistency, and compliance across various business processes
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
3+ years of experience as an MDG MM Analyst
Experience with a full lifecycle MDG implementations on S4 Hana
Experience with E2E business processes related to master data
Experience with master data processes and SAP MDG data models
Experience with MDG configuration, workflow setup, validation, and derivations
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Experience with SAP best practices
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and MDG data models
Experience with SAP Activate methodology
