Senior Cross Domain Implementation Analyst
This Department of War enterprise data and analytics program delivers mission‑critical capabilities that enable leaders across the Department to make faster, better‑informed decisions using trusted data at scale. Leidos Digital Modernization sector is seeking an experienced Senior Cross Domain Implementation Analyst to support the delivery, enhancement, and adoption of enterprise data and analytics products used across multiple DoD organizations. In this role, you will work alongside government partners, engineers, and other industry teammates to translate operational and strategic requirements into scalable, production‑ready solutions. You will contribute directly to product planning, execution, and continuous improvement—helping ensure capabilities are delivered efficiently, aligned to mission priorities, and positioned for sustained success.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support design, implementation, and sustainment of
cross-domain solutions (CDS)
enabling secure data transfer across classification levels.
Analyze transfer data to ensure accuracy and integrity in cross domain data transfers.
Perform data mapping to facilitate seamless data migration processes.
Manage data migration activities to ensure timely and accurate completion.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for cross domain transfers.
Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cross domain data transfers.
Act as a liaison between data users and solution developers to clarify transfer requirements.
Ensure compliance with DoD cross-domain security policies, RMF requirements, and applicable cybersecurity standards.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement in data transfer methodologies.
Collaborate with cybersecurity engineers, system engineers, data engineers, and DevSecOps teams to enable secure data sharing across enclaves.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve data transfer issues.
Provide support for audits and assessments related to data transfers.
Develop reports and dashboards to provide visibility into cross-domain operations and risk posture.
Basic Qualifications:
Active
Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility.
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Assurance, Engineering, or related technical discipline
OR
equivalent training/experience aligned to DoD 8140 pathways.
At least one of the following foundational qualification pathways consistent with DoD 8140 requirements:
Current DoD 8570/8140 baseline certification appropriate for Intermediate Information Systems Security Manager roles (e.g.,
CAP, CASP+, CISSP, or equivalent ),
Offerings listed in the DoD 8140 Training Repository,
Demonstrated equivalent training and experience qualifying under DoD 8140 foundational qualification alternatives.
8-12 years
of relevant experience in cybersecurity, cross-domain solutions, or system security engineering.
Experience implementing or supporting
cross-domain solutions (CDS)
in DoD or Federal environments.
Experience supporting RMF processes, including system authorization and continuous monitoring.
Experience developing and maintaining cybersecurity documentation (e.g., SSPs, POA&Ms, BOE artifacts).
Experience applying NIST SP 800-53, DoD cybersecurity policies, and cross-domain security requirements.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis and migration.
Strong understanding of data mapping techniques and tools.
Proficiency in data management software and tools.
Certifications such as Security plus, IAT/IAM Level III
Preferred Qualifications:
Active

Previous experience in a cross domain data transfer role.

Experience supporting cross-domain solutions across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS environments.

Pay Range
$107,900.00 - $195,050.00
