Forward Deployed /Solutions Engineer | Poolday.ai
Jobgether, New Bremen, OH, United States
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Forward Deployed / Solutions Engineer | Poolday.ai in Germany.
In this role, you will operate at the intersection of engineering, product delivery, and client success, translating real customer use cases into production-ready AI video automation workflows. You will work directly with high-volume content teams to understand their needs, validate feasibility, and deploy solutions powered by a multi-agent AI system. Your work will directly impact how clients generate and scale video content, from gaming studios to media companies and digital creators. This is a highly hands‑on role where you will build, ship, and debug production systems rather than only advising. You will write code, design prompts, and optimize AI‑driven video pipelines that run at scale. Success in this role is measured by real‑world adoption, system reliability, and client retention.
Accountabilities:
Engage with incoming leads to validate use cases and assess feasibility within the AI video automation platform
Translate client requirements into production‑ready workflows using prompts, AI orchestration, and video processing logic
Build and deploy production‑grade components using tools such as FFmpeg, Remotion, and LLM APIs
Own end‑to‑end client onboarding, from initial setup to successful activation and ongoing performance
Monitor system logs, debug failures, and continuously improve reliability of AI‑driven workflows
Enhance and maintain a shared library of reusable automation skills and templates
Collaborate closely with internal engineering and product teams to improve platform capabilities
Ensure high‑quality output standards across video generation workflows and client deliverables
Requirements:
Hands‑on experience with AI workflows, prompt engineering, or applied LLM systems in production environments
Strong ability to write code, ideally with experience in React or Next.js
Experience working with AI APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic in real‑world applications
Strong understanding of video content quality, with attention to detail in editing, transitions, and output consistency
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to guide and reassure clients effectively
Builder mindset with a track record of shipping personal or professional projects
Experience working in startups or high‑ownership environments
Familiarity with tools such as FFmpeg, Remotion, or similar media processing frameworks is a plus
Benefits:
Fully remote position with flexible working arrangements
Opportunity to work on cutting‑edge AI video automation technology
High‑impact role with direct ownership of client success and product delivery
Fast‑paced startup environment with strong autonomy and responsibility
Hands‑on work with modern AI tools and advanced multi‑agent systems
Collaborative team culture focused on building and shipping real‑world products
Clear and fast interview process with rapid decision‑making timelines
