Description
You will be the Classified Cyber Security professional for the JASSM Security team. Our team safeguards life saving products and critical engineering/manufacturing systems while driving digital transformation across LockheedMartin Missiles and Fire Control.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Classified Cyber Security professional, you will be responsible for protecting classified information systems and ensuring full compliance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
Responsibilities
Supervise daily information system security activities, including audits of hardware, software, and RMF package approvals.
Perform technical administration of information systems to meet internal LockheedMartin and customer security mandates (RMF focused).
Maintain, monitor, analyze, and respond to network and security incidents, documenting actions with the ISSM.
Participate in internal and external security audits, inspections, and risk assessment efforts, keeping comprehensive configuration management records.
Collaborate with the ISSM and Program Security to communicate, implement, and manage the formal Information Security / Information Systems Security Program.
Basic Qualifications
Active Secret Clearance required with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related discipline.
Knowledge of system accreditation requirements and NIST 800-53 rev 4 RMF implementation.
Experience with developing, reviewing, and maintaining RMF artifacts.
Ability to obtain Sec+ or equivalent DoD Directive 8570 / 8140 Information Assurance Management Level II certification within 6 months of employment.
Hands on experience with industry standard Information Assurance tools.
Desired Skills
Excellent written/verbal communication and attention to detail skills and ability to effectively interface with numerous cognizant security agencies, customers, and senior management.
Knowledgeable of Windows operating system and security requirements.
Ability to collaborate as a team player and work independently.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and demanding environment.
Experience working with classified information systems and DISA STIGs.
Knowledgeable of Linux and Network Devices; security requirements.
Knowledge of other security disciplines and how they impact and interact with information system security.
Knowledge of industry standard Information Assurance tools (Splunk,Nessus/Tenable/ACAS, STIG Viewer/SCAP Compliance Checker/eSTIG, McAfee ePO, McAfee DLP).
Ability to speak in front of large groups of people.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
