Finance Technology Solutions – Enterprise Business Planning (EBP) Project Analyst

The Enterprise Business Planning Project Analyst serves as a key member of the EBP Gen Next Project that seeks to modernize the underlying technologies that enable our enterprise business planning processes. The project is currently in phase1/phase 2 and is assessing the minimum functional objectives to modernize and enable our workflows with the goal of enhancing automation and efficiency, reducing manual efforts and enabling AI capabilities, faster scenario planning and integrated data capabilities. We are expecting the project to move to Phase 3 in 2H26 followed by an implementation phase.
Responsibilities

The EBP Project Analyst will report directly to the GM of Finance Technology Solutions (FTS), be a part of the EBP Gen Next project team responsible for stakeholder engagements, framing sessions, analysis and assessment leading to the formulation of the Minimum Functional Objectives recommendations.

Phase 3 efforts will involve technology assessments, RFI and RFP processes, potential vendor and System Implementor selection.

An implementation phase will follow thereafter. Project is anticipated to take 2-3 years.

The Project Analyst is expected to be dedicated to the project across all phases of the project, managing key workstreams, stakeholder communications and change management.

Seeking employee with Finance and planning experience.

Required Qualifications

Strong financial analysis, planning, and reporting capabilities

Experience working with financial systems and data (e.g., ERP, planning tools, dashboards)

Project management skills on different phases of digital projects

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Relocation Options

Relocation may be considered within Chevron parameters.
