We are now looking for a driven person with attention to detail. You’ll be working in a rapidly changing environment where the challenge is to plan and coordinate our products in close cooperation with our suppliers. The job is perfect for anyone who wants to build a good knowledge in Supply Chain in a large international company. You will work as an expert Demand & Fulfillment Analyst in cooperation with a dedicated planning team where everyone helps to achieve our ambitious goals.
How you will contribute
Manage the order fulfilment process
Balance supply constraints and delivery of service levels through cross‑functional alignment
Ensure timely communication of supply risks
Reviewing safety settings for products and recommend adjustments.
Effectively manage new product introductions and product delists to maximise sales and minimise waste.
Overseeing the donation process
The job is dynamic and conditions change frequently – that’s why you need to be alert to changes in forecast, and communicate both with production units and internally in the organization to establish the right priorities. You should be comfortable in making your own decisions to find quick and easy solutions to problems. It is very important how and in what way you communicate our needs, both within the company and outside. In this role, you will get valuable knowledge and experience that create great opportunities to advance within the organization.
What you will bring
University Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain.
Strong analytical skills and attention to details
Strong problem‑solving skills
Effective prioritization and time management to meet deadlines with quality results.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self‑motivated, able to work independently and take ownership.
Ability to learn and understand new processes and flows quickly
A flexible approach and being comfortable with changes.
Team player who can work with many other functions on a daily basis
Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
Fluency in English in speech and writing.
Nice to have
Work experience from Supply Chain such as Supply Planning, Demand Forecasting, Order Management, Logistics or Production planning.
Work experience from FMCG
Fluency in Swedish, Norwegian.
Skills in SAP R / 3, SAP APO, BI.
