Summary
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and support scalable, modern applications across web, mobile, and API platforms. This role is part of a broader technology modernization effort, focused on integrated, data-driven systems.
You'll partner with product owners and business stakeholders to deliver full-stack solutions using Microsoft and Azure technologies. This is a hands-on role in a small, agile team where engineers own development, integration, and CI/CD practices end to end.

Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable

applications using .NET Core, C#,

and modern frameworks
Translate business requirements into technical solutions from development through deployment
Build and manage

CI/CD pipelines

for reliable releases
Maintain and troubleshoot applications across Dev, QA, and Production environments
Modernize legacy systems and improve application performance and scalability
Ensure code quality, security, and adherence to engineering standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
Mentor junior developers and support best practices
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

, Engineering, or related field
6+ years of experience in Microsoft-based application development
Current experience with .NET Core
Strong skills in

C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Blazor)
4+ years building and supporting

CI/CD pipelines
Hands-on experience with

Azure

(DevOps, App Services, monitoring, etc.)
Experience working in integrated, multi-system environments
Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban)
Familiarity with code quality and security tools (e.g., SonarQube, Snyk)
Bonus Skills

Experience in

small, agile teams

with full ownership
Background in enterprise integrations and hybrid environments
Exposure to Snowflake, Cosmos DB, or Microsoft Fabric
Experience in fast-paced, evolving environments
