Office Administrator
We're looking for a dependable, customer-focused Office Administrator to support our local office. This is a part-time, primarily in-person customer service role focused on assisting walk-in customers, handling inquiries, and supporting day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in customers
Maintain accurate customer records and notes
Process payments, billing questions, and account updates
Support propane delivery requests and basic scheduling coordination
Handle customer concerns including out-of-gas situations, billing disputes, and service delays with professionalism and urgency
Work with internal teams to help resolve customer issues
Support a strong safety culture by following company guidelines, recognizing potential propane safety concerns, and ensuring urgent issues are escalated promptly
Perform other general office tasks (mail, etc.)
Qualifications:
Prior customer service or office experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable handling customer concerns with professionalism
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry)
Key Competencies:

Strong coordination and communication skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure, especially during peak seasons (e.g., winter heating demand)
Team-oriented with strong collaboration across departments

Schedule:
Part-time, in-office
Additional hours may be available during peak winter season
Monday-Friday 9am-2pm
