Data Processing Clerk
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Processing Clerk to process customer files accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Data Processing Clerk will work with various software programs, maintain organized records, and help ensure customer projects are completed on time while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Responsibilities Data Processing Clerk:
Process customer files using Microsoft Word, Excel, Satori Bulk Mailer, and other programs
Review files to ensure they meet required postal software specifications
Organize and maintain saved files for easy retrieval
Send processed jobs to printing equipment
Perform mail merge and printing for customer projects
Maintain proper record keeping
Communicate with customers, the Post Office, or technical support when needed
Meet customer and supervisor deadlines
Maintain confidentiality of customer lists and materials
Properly delete sensitive data as required
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications Data Processing Clerk:
Previous data entry, clerical, or administrative experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
