Methuen, MA | 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
$23.00 - $26.00/hr (based on experience) | Overtime Available
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder specializing in aluminum to join a fast-paced precision job shop environment. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship, consistency, and the ability to work with thin-gauge aluminum materials .
This is not a general welding role — candidates must have hands-on experience TIG welding aluminum in a production or job shop setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform TIG welding on aluminum components , including thin material (.060 / 1/16")
* Interpret and work from engineering drawings and blueprints
* Ensure welds meet quality and cosmetic standards
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
* Maintain consistency and precision across varying job shop projects
Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
* 3+ years of TIG welding experience with aluminum
* Proven ability to weld thin-gauge aluminum (.060 / 1/16")
* Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints/prints
* Experience working in a job shop or production environment
* High attention to detail and weld quality

This role requires recent, hands-on TIG aluminum welding experience . Candidates without this specific experience will not be considered.
