Location: Albany, NY and surrounding areas
Job Type: Full-Time | Immediate Start Available
We are a growing property company seeking a highly skilled Renovator and Foreman to join our team. You will work alongside our existing crew on apartment renovations across the Albany area.
Responsibilities:
* Lead or assist in renovation projects on multi-unit residential properties
* Perform a wide range of skilled tasks including:
* Framing and drywall installation
* Painting and finishing
* Tiling and flooring installation (vinyl, laminate, etc.)
* Light plumbing and electrical work
* General carpentry and cabinetry
* Coordinate with our team to ensure timely, high-quality work
* Help manage job site safety, materials, and timelines
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in a construction or renovation role
* Strong skills in at least 4 of the listed trades; all are a plus
* Ability to lead a crew and work independently when needed
* Reliable transportation and own tools preferred
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
