Pool Service Technician - Part-Time Field Route (Truck Required)
Location: San Dimas and surrounding areas
Job Type: Part-Time mornings Mon-Fri with weekends off
Job Summary
We are hiring a Part-Time Pool Service Technician to service residential and commercial pools across the local area. This is a field route position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, driving between locations, and working independently. Candidates must have a reliable truck , proof of insurance , and a clean 5‐year driving record .
Responsibilities
* Drive your route to multiple pool locations
* Scrub tile, vacuum pools, and remove debris
* Test and adjust pool water chemistry
* Empty baskets and check equipment for proper operation
* Complete service logs and use the required mobile app
* Provide friendly, professional customer service
* Work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements
* Reliable personal truck with valid insurance
* Clean driving record (last 5 years)
* Smartphone capable of running the work app
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and stay organized
* Comfortable with physical work: standing, kneeling, bending
* Able to work outdoors in all weather
* High level of integrity and accountability
Compensation & Allowances
* $18/hr
* Mileage-based gas/vehicle maintenance allowance
* Monthly cell phone allowance
* Paid training provided
