Position Overview
Car Pros Auto Group is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. This role is responsible for managing daily sales operations, driving performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with dealership experience, a passion for developing people, and a proven track record of achieving sales and CSI goals.

Key Responsibilities
* Direct, manage, and support a team of sales professionals
* Recruit, hire, train, and retain top-performing sales staff
* Develop, motivate, and coach the sales team on a daily basis
* Ensure all sales staff meet minimum sales quotas and CSI standards
* Analyze sales data and performance metrics to improve results and promote sales growth
* Conduct monthly and annual performance reviews for all team members
* Prepare and present periodic sales reports, including volume and sales forecasts
* Manage inventory mix and product distribution as applicable
* Ensure compliance with all legal selling practices and advertising guidelines
* Meet or exceed monthly performance and sales targets
* Maintain company policies regarding non-discrimination and harassment
* Foster a professional, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
* Address and report any policy violations appropriately
* Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Finance Manager in a dealership environment (required)
* Valid driver's license (required)
* Must pass pre-employment screening including:
* Driving record/insurability check
* Background check
* Drug screening
