Must Haves
5+ years managing large infrastructure or network projects
Direct experience with new fiber construction projects
Strong ability to manage schedules, budgets, risks, and resources
Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing vendors/contractors
Comfort working with data, budgets, and project tracking tools
Excel required; ~30% of day‑to‑day
Clear communicator with both field teams and executive leadership
Willingness to be in‑market as needed to support construction and issue resolution
Plusses
Experience with large‑scale fiber network deployments
Exposure to permitting, ROW, utility coordination, or market launch readiness
Executive reporting or dashboard experience (PowerPoint, Power BI)

The Network Project Manager leads large‑scale fiber build projects end to end—from planning through construction and market launch. Day to Day
Manage fiber network build projects from planning through construction completion
Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, forecasts, and project tracking
Coordinate cross‑functional teams, contractors, and vendors
Maintain in‑market presence to support field execution and resolve issues
Identify risks and drive mitigation and corrective actions
Lead status reviews and deliver executive‑ready updates
Partner with local market and operations teams to support launch readiness
