Job Description:
The Front Desk Supervisor at Marriott Cincinnati Northeast is responsible for overseeing the front desk operations and ensuring exceptional guest service. This individual will supervise front desk staff, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and assist with check-ins and check-outs. The Front Desk Supervisor will also be responsible for training new employees, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that all front desk procedures are followed.
Responsibilities:
Supervise front desk staff and ensure they provide excellent customer service
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
Assist with check-ins and check-outs as needed
Train new front desk employees on hotel procedures and customer service standards
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
Ensure that all front desk procedures are followed and that the front desk area is clean and organized
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of hotel procedures and systems
High school diploma or equivalent
