We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time On-Site Property Manager to oversee a 48-unit residential community. This is a live-in position ideal for a highly motivated individual with strong property management, leasing, and maintenance coordination skills.
Job description:
* Oversee daily operations of the property, ensuring smooth management and tenant satisfaction.
* Handle leasing activities, including marketing, showings, tenant screenings, and lease agreements.
* Collect rent, manage delinquent accounts, and enforce lease terms.
* Supervise maintenance requests, schedule repairs, and ensure timely property upkeep.
* Maintain compliance with property management policies and local regulations.
* Address tenant concerns and foster a positive community environment.
* Prepare reports on occupancy, finances, and maintenance.
Experience and skills:
* Minimum 3 years of property management experience (multifamily preferred).
* Strong knowledge of leasing, Fair Housing laws, and tenant relations.
* Proficiency in property management software and financial reporting.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and handle on-call responsibilities.
