Since June 2024, our Beavercreek team has been a trusted resource for pet families and local veterinarians - showing up when care can’t wait. As that impact continues to grow, so does the need for our team. We’re looking for veterinarians who want to practice high-quality medicine in a model designed to support both clinical excellence and a sustainable life outside the hospital.
We deliver emergency-level care in an urgent care setting. That means meaningful cases, strong diagnostics, and real impact – without overnights or the grind of traditional 24/7 ER schedules.

Our leadership includes experienced DVMs, Managing Veterinarians, and a board‑certified criticalist serving as Chief Medical Officer. Operational leaders bring direct veterinary hospital experience to ensure teams are supported, not strained.

Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent)
All experience levels welcome; mentorship available
Interest in urgent care or emergency medicine
Strong diagnostic and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary plus 25% production (whichever is greater)
No negative accrual
No overnights or major holidays
Up to six weeks paid parental/adoptive leave
Paid time off
