Because we focus on the patient experience, doing great quality work and supporting our doctors, we are growing exponentially and need your help! Sweet Tooth is looking for an amazing associate and potential partner at our Lee's Summit, Blue Springs and St. Joseph locations.
Associate Path (2–3 year)
We are looking for an incredible personality and pediatric dentist who wants to be part of a growing, fully supported and thriving pediatric dental practice that will allow one to focus on doing great pediatric dentistry and continual care. Mentorship, if needed or desired, is certainly something that can be provided.
Partnership Path (~12 months)
If partnership is right for you, we would like to pursue an associateship position for the first ~12 month and after said period of time, partner on an existing pediatric dental practice. We believe in treating our staff and docs with fairness and value, therefore any buy‑in partnership would be established upon your arrival, as opposed to a valuation at the time of buy‑in.
The next pediatric dentist to join our team will spend 2 days per week at our Lee's Summit office (with an opportunity to buy in) and travel among other offices as needed along with approximate 1 day of sedation per week.
Our pediatric dentist (Spring 2026) will enjoy:
Competitive minimum per diem rate/salary
Retirement benefit participation, Health Insurance options, etc.
15 days scheduled off per year
Sedation days
Current pedo doc associates working 4–5 days/wk are making over $600,000/year
Current pedo doc owners working 4–5 days/wk are making over $800,000/year
Working as solo doc owners everyday, without any corporate influence
Buy‑in opportunity as full partner (Cannot do with Corporate or Private Equity Partners)
Relocation assistance (if needed)
Qualifications
Open to all levels of experience
Full‑time opportunity (4.5 days per week)
DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program
Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state of Missouri
