Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Supervisor
As a part of our continued growth, we are seeking a warehouse supervisor with shipping and receiving experience. We are a firearms manufacturer/distributor based in Las Vegas, NV.
As a warehouse technician you will be responsible for receiving shipping as well as picking and packing orders. We are seeking candidates that are highly motivated and passionate about adding value to the team by supporting operational processes.
Job Duties:
Ship and receive, inventories accurately within an ERP/MRP data system.
Pick & pack orders in a timely manner, in a fashion that protects merchandise, according to customer expectations, and our production order instructions.
Forklift operator duties within and parking lot Arsenal facility grounds.
Inventory audits oversight as scheduled.
Follow specific work instructions both verbal and on production order with best practices to safely and accurately complete work assignments.
Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to pass a thorough background investigation.
Must be able to pass a thorough drug screen (hair and urine).
Forklift operators permit.
Commitment to long term employment opportunity.
Following verbal and written instructions as provided by supervision.
Self starting initiatives when performing the workday assignment.
Focusing on tasks with minimal co-worker interaction (socializing on the clock is not acceptable).
Safety first mindset includes self-preservation, securing workspace and surroundings assuring co-workers' safety while performing machine operator.
Basic math and reading skills to perform tasks and complete necessary paperwork.
Ability to follow oral and/or written instruction.
Must be punctual and have strong attendance record.
Legible handwriting is required.
ERP, Excel and Word experience required.
