About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Administrative Assistant
to provide dedicated support to
C-suite and senior leadership
in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage complex priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to
C-suite executives and senior directors
Manage
complex and dynamic calendars
across multiple time zones, resolving conflicts proactively
Coordinate
domestic and international travel , including detailed itineraries
Plan and execute
high-visibility meetings, leadership events, and offsites
Prepare and manage
expense reports, budgets, and purchase orders
Create and edit
executive-level presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote)
and communications
Act as a
liaison between executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Handle
confidential and sensitive information
with discretion
Support
team operations, space planning, and special projects
Drive
team engagement activities and culture-building initiatives
Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)
Expert-level
calendar management
(Outlook, complex scheduling)
Proven experience supporting
C-suite or senior executives
Strong experience in
event planning and travel coordination
Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Qualifications
35+ years of administrative experience (senior-level preferred)
Prior experience supporting
executive leadership (C-suite strongly preferred)
Bachelors degree preferred (not mandatory)
