We are seeking senior level sales managers / estimators with extensive experience in the commercial cabinet and millwork industry. General contractor side sales experience is a plus
Duties:
* Bringing in new clients and projects
* Accurately estimating casework and millwork jobs from plans and specifications
* Managing our sales/ estimating department including quarterly projections and past performance
* Writing bid proposals, filling out pre-bid qualifications and other paperwork associated with bids.
* Working closely with drafters and project managers after a job has been sold.
Candidate must have:
* Experience actively bidding institutional casework, laboratory casework, and millwork (min 5+ years)
* Experience managing a sales department
* Knowledge of WI requirements
* Experience with muti-prime bids and the paperwork required

We have been members of W.I. Since 1971 and have served on its Board of Directors. We own our own building with over 33,000 square feet of manufacturing space.
