You will also be cleaning gutters and pressure washing houses and surfaces. All work done from the ground, no ladder work. The Window Cleaning Technician is responsible for completing residential and commercial window cleaning services while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, being outdoors, working as part of a team, and creating a great experience for customers. This position combines window cleaning, exterior service work, customer service, and teamwork in a fast-paced field environment.
Complete exterior and interior window cleaning services for residential and commercial customers
Clean gutters with a gutter vacuum
Pressure wash and soft wash houses
Deliver friendly, professional customer service on every job
Work efficiently as part of a team to complete scheduled service appointments
Maintain strong customer relationships through positive communication and quality work
Help create a memorable customer experience at every service visit
Follow company procedures and safety standards while working on-site
Continuously improve through training, coaching, and feedback
Represent the Sparkle Squad brand with professionalism and pride
