* Installation: Installing new HVAC systems and equipment, following blueprints and specifications.
* Customer Interaction: Communicating with customers, explaining issues, and providing system maintenance guidance.
* Preventative Maintenance: Scheduling and performing maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
* Emergency Repairs: Responding to and completing emergency repairs as needed.
* Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of work performed.
* Safety Compliance: Adhering to industry codes and safety regulations.
* Troubleshooting and Diagnosis: Identifying the root cause of malfunctions in HVAC systems.
* Repairs and Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance, cleaning, adjusting, and repairing HVAC systems.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Technical Knowledge: Understanding of HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning units, and ventilation systems.
* Diagnostic Skills: Ability to identify and diagnose mechanical and electrical problems in HVAC systems.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in HVAC systems.
* Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
* Customer Service Skills: Providing exceptional customer service and building rapport with clients.
* Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, climb, and work in various conditions.
