Our team brings over 50 years of combined insurance experience, and we're committed to providing excellent service while fostering a supportive, growth-focused environment.
Role Description
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jonathan Gibbs - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. Responsibilities
Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Our office is open 9:00am-5:00pm.
Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
I am a second generation State Farm agent.
