We are seeking a Customer Service Representative / Account Manager who is passionate about client relationships, retention, and service excellence.
Role Overview
This role combines customer service, account management, and sales support within a fast-paced insurance agency. You will support existing clients, strengthen relationships, and identify opportunities to improve coverage and overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service support via phone, email, and text (inbound & outbound communication)
Manage and service a book of business / client accounts
Assist with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage reviews
Support client retention and relationship management
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling (Life, Health, Auto, Home, Liability)
Generate referrals and schedule customer review appointments
Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems (ECRM or similar)
Follow up on customer requests in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
1+ year of customer service, sales, or account management experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability
Comfortable working with CRM systems and technology
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
Insurance experience (Property & Casualty, Life & Health)
Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
