Our client, a high-quality veterinary practice in Beaverton, is seeking a dedicated Receptionist / Customer Service Specialist who can serve as the primary link between pet owners and the medical team. They are specifically looking for a candidate who brings:

Compassionate Service: A genuine love for animals and an empathetic approach to supporting pet owners during both routine visits and emotionally challenging situations.

Professional Reliability: A team-oriented professional who is punctual and dependable for every shift, ensuring the clinic maintains its high standard of client care.

A "Director of First Impressions": Someone who can manage a multi-line phone system with a "smiling voice" while simultaneously greeting in-person clients with warmth and urgency.

Adaptive Multitasking: The ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment, balancing medical record documentation, appointment scheduling, and financial transactions.

Strong Technical Potential: While previous veterinary experience is a plus, our client values candidates from retail, hospitality, or other high-volume service backgrounds who are eager to learn veterinary software and terminology.

Schedule & Pay

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Schedule: Tuesday through Friday (9:00 AM - 7:00 PM) or four 10-hour shifts.
