Engagement Description:
Responsible for leading the development and implementation of programs and strategies by identifying insights that enhance business decision making capability.
This includes developing or changing workflows and implementing process improvements to enhance organizational products, programs and service to our customers.

Medicare Advantage Enrollment/Disenrollment
CMS Guidelines
MARx and TRR experience
Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:

Data Analysis
Ability to provide support to internal and external customers
Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
Knowledge of CMS guidelines – Chapter 2
Knowledge of CMS thresholds and compliance timeliness for discrepancy resolution
Knowledge of employer group Medicare Advantage Membership Reconciliation Processes

Education/Certifications – Include:
High School Diploma – Required
4 years of experience in Medicare Advantage field
Bachelor’s degree – Preferred
