TD Bank - - Responsibilities: Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments efficiently; Respond to and resolve customer inquiries using standard procedures and escalate when necessary; Balance cash drawers and ATMs; ensure accurate cash handling and security; Educate customers on self-service/digital options and TD products/services; Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act to minimize risk
