Role Description
As a customer service representative - State Farm agent team member with Marta Nerin - State Farm agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Generate sales from existing client interactions.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance payments, claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Property & Casualty License (must already have it) but for exceptional candidates we can assist with obtaining it.
Knowledge of CRM, Mod and Policy Center a +.
Must like dogs.
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team! Licensed and experienced representatives: hourly wage $25 - $30/hr, based on experience. No license and no insurance experience: starting salary $18/hr with opportunities for growth and training. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
