We are seeking a

strategic Global HR Business Partner

to serve as a key advisor to senior leadership across global corporate functions. This role goes beyond traditional HR support—it is a

true business-facing partner responsible for shaping and executing people strategy that drives organizational performance and long-term growth .
In this role, you will partner directly with senior leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to define and execute

global people strategies, organizational design initiatives, workforce planning, and talent development programs

across a complex, matrixed environment. You will help translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies that improve effectiveness, strengthen leadership capability, and enable sustainable growth.
Hourly Rate: up to $100.00 per hour/W2

Job Description:
What you will do:
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across global functions
Lead and execute

people strategies aligned to business goals and enterprise priorities
Partner on

organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives
Drive

strategic talent management , including succession planning and high-potential development
Collaborate with HR COEs on core processes such as performance management, compensation, and talent reviews
Use data and insights to inform decisions and improve organizational effectiveness
Coach senior leaders on team performance, leadership capability, and organizational health
Support global transformation and cross-functional HR initiatives
What we’re looking for:
10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in global or matrixed organizations
Strong background as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leadership
Experience in

organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced, global environments
Strong consulting mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Data-driven approach to decision-making and problem solving
Experience working across multiple HR disciplines (HRBP, talent, OD, or similar)
