What You’ll Do
We are seeking a UX Technical Project Manager (TPM) to drive the execution of complex, cross‑functional user experience initiatives across a modern data and AI platform.
Key Responsibilities
Drive large‑scale UX initiatives from concept through release
Translate UX strategy into structured delivery plans with clear milestones
Manage dependencies across UI engineering, backend teams, platform services, and product management
Ensure readiness for major platform releases
Cross‑Layer Experience Coordination
Orchestrate delivery across GUI, API, SQL IDE, CLI, and AI assistant experiences
Align on global UX patterns (identity, onboarding, help systems, agent behavior)
Ensure experience contracts are upheld across access layers
Technical Delivery Acceleration
Partner with UI engineering to improve development velocity and predictability
Track and report UX‑related delivery metrics (cycle time, release readiness, defect rates, AI‑assisted code contribution)
Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve execution risks
Release & Readiness Management
Coordinate UX readiness for major launches
Manage design‑to‑development handoffs and ensure implementation fidelity
Drive UAT planning, validation workflows, and production launch checklists
Process Optimization & Operating Rhythm
Establish clear operating cadences across design, UX PM, and engineering
Improve prioritization clarity and reduce delivery friction
Standardize intake, sequencing, and delivery frameworks
Why This Role Matters: As our platform evolves toward AI‑driven and agentic experiences, the complexity of delivering cohesive UX across multiple technical layers increases. This role ensures we scale execution rigor alongside innovation — protecting experience quality while accelerating delivery.
Who You’ll Work With
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Design, and Engineering and is responsible for accelerating the delivery of high‑quality, scalable user experiences across multiple access layers — including web UI, SQL IDEs, APIs, CLI, and conversational AI interfaces.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
7+ years in technical program or project management
Experience delivering complex UI or platform products
Strong understanding of frontend architecture and backend dependencies
Proven ability to manage cross‑functional programs with 50+ contributors
Experience working with Agile or hybrid delivery models
What You’ll Bring
Experience with data platforms, analytics products, or AI/ML applications
Familiarity with conversational AI, agent frameworks, or IDE tooling
Experience improving DevOps maturity or UI delivery pipelines
Ability to interpret engineering metrics and influence delivery improvements
