Marketing Strategy Senior Manager

What You Will Be Doing
As the Strategic Marketing Sr Manager, you will be responsible for understanding the priorities of each business area and supporting their marketing objectives, developing and executing advertising campaigns, and strengthening our corporate brand through integrated campaigns.

Supporting Talent Acquisition stakeholders and engaging closely with external vendors to create recruitment‑marketing strategies and brand campaigns.

Ensuring advertising messages and recruitment campaigns are consistent, complementary, and advance the hiring of top talent in target areas.

Coordinating with an enterprise‑wide team to create engaging content that supports our advertising messages.

Developing and executing advertising campaigns in domestic markets.

Collaborating with the international communications leader to ensure marketing messaging and creative consistency.

Who You Are
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a marketing maestro with a strong background in communications, advertising, and digital marketing. You'll need to be a strategic thinker with broad experience in communications and demonstrated success in advertising and digital marketing, collaborative, detail‑oriented, customer‑service‑focused, with strong teamwork philosophy and leadership skills.

Basic Qualifications

Excellent writing skills.

Experience developing and executing advertising campaigns.

Experience managing, developing and executing strategic communications plans for senior leaders.

Efficient and effective planning and organizational skills, including exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to multi‑task and work well under deadline pressure with employees at all levels.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years or more of professional experience or 8 years with a related Master’s.

Experience working with external marketing agencies.

Desired Skills

Experience with precision targeting through digital advertising and drawing insights from data analytics.

Strong strategic planning skills.

Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $124,900 – $220,225. For states not referenced above, the salary range reflects the candidate’s final work location.
