Job Description
Soar Autism Center is building a network of interdisciplinary clinics where children with autism and their families receive life‑shaping services that help them thrive. As we expand into the Maryland region, we are entering a new chapter of that journey by bringing a model refined across multiple markets into a community where early team members will play a defining role. This includes experience from our work in Colorado and Arizona, along with our recent joint venture with Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP).
This is a ground‑floor opportunity to help shape how a Soar center operates locally, practice and learn clinical approach alongside leadership, and build a culture rooted in collaboration, high expectations, and meaningful impact. You will be supported by the systems, training, and clinical model we have developed over time. We prioritize early intervention, integrated care, and a play‑based ABA model grounded in the Early Start Denver Model, meeting the needs of each unique child and family.

Annual performance bonus potential up to $3,800 and additional compensation beyond the range for achieving clinical certifications.
Bonus: up to $10,000 sign on bonus, based on start date and location.
Caseload: 7–9 children per BCBA, designed for depth and quality of care.
Hybrid: 1 work‑from‑home day per week for each BCBA, with some opportunity for 2 work‑from‑home days depending on center maturity, clinical needs, and team coordination.
Support and training: Deep onboarding and ongoing training in our ESDM‑based care model, with close clinical leadership support.
Clinical growth: Multiple paths to grow as a clinician including center/regional leadership and specialized roles.
Culture and Values
High Expectations, Collaboration, and Fun.

Be part of an interdisciplinary care team including speech, occupational therapy, and mental health services.
Monitor client progress, update treatment plans and goals, and communicate needed changes to team members and families.
Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and coach and support them in their journey.
What You Have
Minimum of a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
Current BCBA certification and active Maryland BCBA license.
