Litfulo (ritlecitinib) is a novel kinase inhibitor that received FDA approval in 2023 for the treatment of severe Alopecia Areata. Vitiligo, a disease that is the #1 cause of skin depigmentation worldwide, is the next indication in the brand’s pipeline and is expected to be filed in major markets later this year.

US Vitiligo Indication Launch Lead
Role: Lead cross‑functional launch readiness and core brand strategy for a critical asset within Pfizer’s Inflammation & Immunology portfolio.

Responsibilities: The LITFULO Director, US Vitiligo Indication Launch Lead will ensure robust launch readiness and drive a successful market introduction by leading the strategic development and execution of HCP, DTC, and MGIDN strategies and initiatives. Success in this role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration and the ability to influence and align stakeholders across global and US teams.

Responsibilities

Lead US marketing efforts and strategic thought leadership in development of best‑in‑class HCP & DTC strategies, positioning, messaging, campaign, and tactics that strategically position LITFULO as a viable treatment option for vitiligo patients, in a highly competitive market.

Lead US vitiligo launch strategy and commercialization planning, including development of HCP and DTC strategies, positioning, messaging, campaigns, and tactical execution.

Serve as the cross‑functional integrator for vitiligo launch readiness, partnering with Global Marketing and US stakeholders across Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and Insights.

Lead development of the US go‑to‑market strategy, ensuring alignment across all customer channels while identifying opportunities for launch innovation.

Partner with regulatory and cross‑functional teams on label readiness, review, and negotiation planning.

Partner with Insights & Integrated Strategy (IIS) to align long‑range forecasting guidance for the US market.

Establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics for key launch initiatives to enable performance tracking and optimization.

Lead development of the annual Vitiligo Strategy and Operating Plan in alignment with franchise priorities.

Partner with franchise leaders across Peer‑to‑Peer and Digital capabilities to influence execution within a matrixed organization.

Serve as the commercial face of the vitiligo indication with key opinion leaders, including leadership of Derm Day, insight meetings, advisory boards, and congress engagement.

Serve as the brand lead for Vitiligo indication forecasting and long‑range financial planning.

Drive a culture of innovation, accountability, customer focus, and performance across cross‑functional partners.

Basic Qualifications

8+ years of pharmaceutical marketing or commercial experience.

Demonstrated success developing and executing complex marketing programs, including US launches, product positioning, or brand strategy.

Proven track record of building brands and driving commercial growth through cross‑functional teams.

Experience working in highly competitive market environments and adapting strategy in real time.

Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategy.

Effective communication skills and the ability to influence senior leadership.

Experience presenting strategic opportunities and plans to executive leadership.

Proven ability to lead and influence cross‑functional stakeholders across matrix organizations.

Track record of fostering inclusion, engagement, and accountability while driving results.

Preferred Qualifications

Dermatology experience strongly preferred.

Prior experience with new indications or major campaign launches, including OPDP pre‑clearance.

Experience forecasting and leading annual strategic planning processes.

Experience leading production, digital marketing initiatives, and website development.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $176,600.00 to $294,300.00. The role is eligible for Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20% of the base salary and participation in the share‑based long‑term incentive program. Benefits include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, caregiver/parental and medical leave, and more. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs.

Work Location Assignment: On Premise.
