Mission
Support the development of software applications by contributing to coding, testing, and integration activities under close supervision. The role represents an entry point into software engineering, with exposure to UX/UI principles and emerging technologies such as Extended Reality (XR), while building foundational technical skills.

Key Accountabilities
Software Development Support

Contribute to the development, testing, and maintenance of software components following defined specifications.

Write basic, well-documented code under guidance from senior team members.

Support debugging and issue resolution activities.

Application & Tool Usage

Use development frameworks, tools, and repositories according to established standards.

Support integration of software modules and components into existing systems.

Follow defined development and documentation practices.

UX/UI & XR Exposure (when applicable)

Support the implementation of user interfaces following predefined UX/UI designs.

Contribute to immersive applications for AR/MR/VR using Unity or Unreal Engine under supervision.

Integrate basic 3D assets into interactive environments.

Execute assigned tasks on XR hardware platforms (e.g. head-mounted displays).

Work under close supervision of senior developers or engineers.

Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and technical solutions.

Actively develop technical and professional skills through feedback and training.

Education
High School Diploma/GED

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of at least one programming language.

Understanding of software development fundamentals (OOP, version control basics).

Introductory knowledge of UX/UI concepts.

Interest in XR technologies (AR/MR/VR) is a plus.

Limited or no prior professional experience required.Internship or academic projects in software development considered a plus.
