Varsity Cheer Sponsor: Lead Practices & Mentorship

Young World Physical Education is looking for a full-time Cheerleading Sponsor to join their team in Fort Myers, Florida. The successful candidate will have prior coaching experience, preferably with a valid Florida teaching certificate and relevant coaching certifications. Responsibilities include planning practices, developing game strategies, and mentoring student-athletes. This role requires strong communication, organization, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to promote discipline and good sportsmanship among players.
