Review pre‑production samples alongside senior team members to ensure design intent and quality standards are met
Collaborate with internal teams and overseas factories to support product development and resolve issues as they arise
Maintain clear and consistent communication with manufacturing partners regarding timelines and updates
Research industry trends, materials, and competitive products to inform design decisions
Assist in translating trend direction into product concepts appropriate for a mass retail customer
Qualifications
1–4 years of relevant design experience (internships included) in product, home décor, or related field
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
