Position Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager who lives at the intersection of networking protocols and hardware architecture. You will own the definition and delivery of scale‑up networking silicon purpose‑built for the next generation of AI clusters. The litmus test: If you cannot intuitively map a packet’s journey through a pipeline to the resulting system‑level performance, this is not the role for you.
Key Job Responsibilities
You will lead the product lifecycle from first‑principles architecture through tapeout and into production. Your success is measured by the deterministic performance of our interconnects.
Silicon Definition: Translate complex AI traffic patterns into actionable ASIC features (buffers, scheduling, flow control, and telemetry).
End‑to‑End Execution: Drive the roadmap through the entire gauntlet:
PRD – > Architecture – > RTL – > Validation – > Bring‑up.
System Alignment: Architect silicon specifically for rack‑scale fabrics and intra‑cluster interconnects, ensuring alignment with topology and latency budgets.
The PPA Balance: Own the high‑stakes trade‑offs across Power, Performance, and area to meet aggressive system constraints.
Requirements
The Technical DNA (Non‑Negotiable)
This is a “Technical‑First” product role.
We require:
Deep Packet Expertise: An expert‑level understanding of the end‑to‑end “Packet walk” (Ingress –Pipeline –Buffering –Scheduling –Egress).
Scale‑Up Fluency: Proven experience with intra‑cluster interconnects and the unique demands of scale‑up (vs. scale‑out) networking.
Lifecycle Experience: You have successfully navigated at least one full ASIC lifecycle from initial concept to high‑volume production.
Hardware Intuition: The ability to map scale‑up traffic behavior directly to silicon functionality and deterministic performance outcomes.
Compensation
We’re targeting a salary range of $230,000 – $285,000 for this role.
Where you fall within that range depends on your experience, skills, and impact—we benchmark against internal levels to keep things fair and consistent.
