This role blends strategic campaign leadership with hands-on creation — designing and deploying threaded, multi-channel programs that move buyers through the funnel at scale.You will help integrate the company's value propositions into the buyer's journey with strategic, programmatic, and tactical/operational responsibilities related to demand creation program objectives. This role is responsible for developing the strategy and executing marketing campaigns that generate MQLs, SQLs, and marketing-influenced pipeline to scale customer revenue growth efforts and support global sales targets.As a Growth Marketing Manager, you are an AI-native practitioner who leverages cutting-edge AI tools and workflows to produce high-quality, personalized programs at speed — across email, web, social, and digital channels — ensuring consistent messaging and creative excellence without sacrificing throughput.You will work closely with our Revenue, Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Digital Demand centers. You are eager to expand Litera's brand awareness, educate and capture buyers' interest, and ultimately build a marketing-influenced pipeline to exceed revenue targets. You have experience navigating a matrix-driven organization and are hands-on with executing marketing programs and ABM. Preferably, you understand working in legal practice, LegalTech, FinTech, Enterprise Software, or SaaS companies to effectively share personal experience and be passionate about solving real-world problems that lawyers face every day.**Key Responsibilities:**DEMAND GENERATION & CAMPAIGN EXECUTION* Partner with product marketing and content teams to design and execute demand generation programs — creating compelling offerings mapped to buyer personas, pain points, and buying cycles* Work closely with Sales Leaders to develop and support whitespace and product-focused ABM program plans to help Litera drive incremental pipeline and bookings* Manage and execute global virtual events, webinars, multi-touch emails, third-party sponsorships, and more* Work closely with the BDR team and Customer Success Managers to improve MEL, MQL, and SQL conversion rates and lead handling processesAI-POWERED integrated Marketing* Architect and execute threaded programs across channels — email, social, web, and paid — ensuring narrative continuity and buyer relevance at every touchpoint* Serve as an in-house AI guru: leverage AI tools (e.g., LLMs, generative content platforms, prompt engineering) to produce, test, and iterate on content at scale without sacrificing quality or brand voice* Continuously explore and implement emerging AI-assisted techniques to improve content velocity, personalization depth, and channel performanceANALYTICS & OPTIMIZATION* Forecast, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of all demand generation and awareness activities* Report on program activities including cost per lead, cost per response, trends, conversion to opportunity rates, contribution to sales pipeline, and ROI## Qualifications* 5–8 years of industry experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a content-engineering capacity* Proficient with marketing and sales tools including Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, and 6Sense* Deep understanding of marketing analytics and how to make metric-driven decisions* Demonstrated expertise using AI tools and platforms (e.g., LLMs, generative AI content tools, prompt engineering, automation) to build and scale content programs* Proven ability to design multi-channel, threaded content programs that maintain coherent buyer narratives across touchpoints* Experience in LegalTech, Enterprise Software, or SaaS preferred* **The company culture:** We emphasize helping each other grow, doing the right thing always, and being part of a journey to amplify impact, creating an exciting and fulfilling work environment* **Commitment to Employees**: Our people commitment is based on what employees love most about being part of the team, focusing on tools that matter to the difference-makers in the legal world and amplifying their impact* **Global, Dynamic, and Diverse Team**: Our is a global company with ambitious goals and unlimited opportunities, offering a dynamic and diverse work environment where employees can grow, listen, empathize, and problem-solve together* **Comprehensive Benefits Package:** Experience peace of mind with our health insurance, retirement savings plans, generous paid time off, and a supportive work-life balance. Actual compensation is determined by factors including education, work experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications. This position has a base salary range of **$89,000 to $110,000 CAD**, with additional eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus and benefits.
