Overview
The Assistant Manager (AM) is the operations leader of the restaurant focused on profitability, Guest service, people development, and operations management. The AM supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in managing the daily operations of a single restaurant, driving key performance outcomes. The AM operates under the direction of the RGM and directly manages a team of Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members (20-45 employees).
Responsibilities
Support the Restaurant General Manager in managing the daily operations of a single restaurant to achieve profitability and guest satisfaction.
Lead operations across guest service, people development, and restaurant systems.
Directly manage a team of Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members (approximately 20-45 employees).
Collaborate with the RGM to drive key performance outcomes and implement operational standards.
Qualifications
Experience supervising a team of hourly employees in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Ability to operate under the direction of the RGM and work toward defined KPIs.
