Position Overview

Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget
Build relationships and provide a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong client base
Work collaboratively with team members and other departments
Stay up to date on product knowledge and current promotions
Qualifications
Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits
$3,000 guaranteed earnings for the first 90 days
during your training period
Competitive commission-based pay structure with high earning potential
