Overview
The Nurse Aide I/Clinical Secretary provides appropriate secretarial support to patients/families and professional staff to ensure efficient customer-oriented service delivery. The Nurse Aide I/Clinical Secretary actively supports and incorporates WakeMed's Patient & Family Centered Care (PFCC) model by delivering patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
