
Endoscopy Technician

We are seeking an Full-time Endoscopy Technician that is skilled, compassionate, professional, and is committed to providing excellent quality care. As a member of the endoscopy team you will be trained to function in an assistive role while delivering safe patient care including: pre‑operatively, intra‑operatively, and post‑operatively.
Monday‑Friday. No weekends, No holidays and No call.
Minimum Qualifications:
Outgoing, positive attitude toward co‑employees, management, patients, visitors, and physicians.
Ability to think critically, make logical decisions, and solve problems.
Strong ethical and moral character references
Proficient and respectful communication skills.
Basic computer skills
BLS Certification Required.
High School Diploma or GED, required.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Demonstrates an attitude that is caring, respectful, sensitive, tactful, compassionate, empathetic, and tolerance.
Provides a safe environment for the patient.
Promotes patient and physician satisfaction.
Assists in preparing patient for designated procedure as requested by physician.
After the procedure, restocks supplies as appropriate for the next procedure or end of the day.
Works collaboratively with the healthcare team.
Assures high level disinfection and/or sterility of instruments and supplies according to policy and procedure.
